*** Please note that the fees listed are my attorney fee only and do not include any applicable court
filing fees. The listed attorney fees are only offered in the seven Georgia counties which I currently practice which are Cherokee,
Fannin, Gilmer, Murphy, Pickens, Towns, and Union. For fees under $100.00, payment in full is expected at the time
that I am legally hired. For fees over $100.00, the amount is to either be paid in full or half the amount is to be paid at
the time I am hired and the balance to be paid when the divorce is filed If you decide not to proceed with the divorce after
making the initial payment, I will retain the amount paid as consultation fee.
